The villa features a wide choice of Living, Entertainment and Dining areas. Several are focused on the Ayung River views to the East and South while others are directed on such features as the pools, ponds and gardens. The residents can entertain in the main lounge, view pavilions, garden courtyards, river top terraces or around the pool.

• Dining can be communal with the whole team together, intimate with a view or private in a secluded alcove. Food and drink ingredients can be ordered for you daily from supermarkets, delicatessens etc. - you pay those bills only and there is no other dining cost. Parties who wish to do their own cooking, in part or total, have full acces to the kitchen and there are also kitchenette settings in the villa living area. Likewise with beverages, the villa does not impose surcharges, corkages or the like. Fresh Organic vegetables can be delivered daily from the farm if required.

• The commercially equipped kitchen is supplemented by a large outdoor wood fired facility complete with brick oven, American style BBQ smoker, Australian BBQ grill and a Tandoori oven. These externally located cooking facilities adjoin the kichen and also form part of a large, walled garden courtyard - making that area well suited to Pizza and BBQ garden parties.

• The kitchen is staffed by a group of professionals and prepares what Villa guests request throughout the day and night. Besides Balinese and Padang dishes, specialties are Italian and most other Asian cuisine. Guests are moreover welcome to, and frequently do, supervise their favorite recipe. This has had the unanticipated result of the kitchen staff acquiring a very extended capability covering many of the world's cuisines.

• A variety of breads, chosen by the residents, can be baked daily in the brick oven. As well as sandwich and fruit loafs there is also a selection of artisan bread available, including sourdoughs and remarkably good baguette.

• The villa kitchen team is capable of catering to dinner parties in excess of 100 guests and do this quite regularly for the big lifetime occasion celebrations and weddings that are often held here. Should you decide to host a large dinner, garden party or celebration, please let us know a couple of days ahead and the cooks will discuss the options and provide a cost estimate - basically cost of ingredients plus a small extra work fee..

• An experienced staff can either look after the guests and keep the villa running smoothly or be less visible if preferred. Where appropriate - eg security, F&B servers, housekeeping and kitchen - they work 8 hour shifts as smaller teams to provide services throughout the day and evening. Your food and drinks can be served, meals and snacks cooked, rooms serviced by housekeeping, laundry looked after, grounds and pool cleaned, villa facilities maintained and security assured around the clock.
